Our team will find the right person to respond to you. We aim to respond within 10 working days. If we can’t resolve it within 10 working days, we will let you know when you can expect a response. Our aim is to resolve the complaint and make sure you are happy with the outcome.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you can contact the IFSO scheme. European Financial Services is a member of the Insurance & Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme (IFSO Scheme). The IFSO Scheme resolves complaints about financial services. This service is independent and free for our customers.
